Sweetlife® Chocolate Icecream
Ingredients
600ml whipping cream*
180g sweetlife® Chocolate Fudge Brownie bake mix
1 tspn vanilla extract
Method
Whip together cream, sweetlife chocolate bake mix and vanilla with electric beater untill stiff (do not overbeat).
Transfer mixture into an icecream maker and churn.
*For a lower fat icecream substitute 600ml cream with 1 x 300ml whipping cream and 1 x 300ml milk. if using half cream and half milk add the milk whilst beating on a low speed.
